<li>Don&#8217;t be surprised if the cupboard is bare because you have not  worked.</li>

<li>You must live within your means.
<ul>
<li>You cannot spend more than you make &#8211; at least not for long!? (You must  budget!)</li>
<li><a href="http://www.crossbooks.com/verse.asp?ref=Lk+15%3A11-16">Luke  15:11-16</a>; <a href="http://www.crossbooks.com/verse.asp?ref=Jn+6%3A10-12">John 6:10-12</a>?-  Frugality and thrift are two virtues encouraged by the Bible.</li>
<li>Remember, however, that there is a difference between frugality and  stinginess.? <a href="http://www.crossbooks.com/verse.asp?ref=Mt+25%3A34-40">Matthew  25:34-40</a>? One saves so that he can provide for his own and those less  fortunate than himself.</li>
