• It is important for us to make sure we are diligently seeking God.
• In the original Greek, “diligently seeking” was one word.
• Looking at other uses of the same word:

  • Deuteronomy 29: ?
  • Psalms 119:145,155?- “keep” and “seek”
  • Amos 5:5?- “seek”
  • Luke 11:47-51?- “required”
  • Acts 15:15-20?- “seek”
  • Romans 3:10-12?- “seeks”
  • Hebrews 12:14-17?- “sought it diligently”
  • I Peter 1:10-12?- “inquired and searched carefully”
• Can we say that we diligently seek God?
