- God will not fail to keep His promises.

- We must do our part. II Peter 1:5-9
- “if these qualities are yours”: faith, moral excellence, knowledge, self-control, perseverence, godliness, brotherly kindness, love
- The results are eternal. II Peter 1:10-11
- We look forward to eternal life and glory in heaven.
