Gizmodo turned up this extremely enlightening email from Bill Gates in 2003. He tried to download Microsoft MovieMaker from his company’s own website and after many difficulties, he still didn’t get it working. Nice to know we’re not the only ones that have trouble with Microsoft’s stuff!

Jesus summoned a number of witnesses
- John 5:33-35; John 1:6; John 1:29 – John the Baptist
- John 5:36; John 3:2; John 10:37; John 20:30-32 – the works that He did.
The scriptures – John 5:39; Luke 24:25
- Isaiah 7:14; Isaiah 53; II Samuel 12:14; Zechariah 6:12; Hebrews 7:25 – prophecies of Jesus
Moses – John 5:46; Acts 13:27
The greatest proof
- Romans 1:3-4 – the Resurrection
  - Mark 16:9; Luke 24:1,10,13-15,33-26; I Corinthians 15:1-8
He proved that He is the Son of God.
- So what? John 5:21-24,28-29
- It is believe and obey or be damned. Matthew 7:24-27
- And that is a very important “so what”.
- Is Jesus your Lord? If not, you neither honor Him nor His Father.

Hebrews 11:23-28
Refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter (v. 24).
- II Chronicles 34:3 – Josiah turned from the evil ways of his family.
- Galatians 1:14 – Paul turned from the tradition of his fathers.
  - Don’t accept anything but the one truth (v. 9-10)!
Choosing rather to endure ill-treatment with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin (v.25).
Considering the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures of Egypt (v. 26).
- Matthew 6:33 – seek God first
  - God will take care of the necessities if we follow Him (v. 25, 31).
He was looking to the reward (v. 26).
- Colossians 3:1-5 – look forward towards heaven.
- Luke 9:16 – keep looking forward
- I Timothy 1:15-16 – Paul regretted his past sins.
By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king (v. 27).
- Acts 26:19-20 – we must do work worthy of repentance
- Acts 24:25-27 – Felix was afraid because he did not want to leave his old ways.
For he endured, as seeing Him who is unseen (v. 28).
- Hebrews 10:35-39 – we must endure to receive the promise.
